Tomáš Novotný
studied at the Prague School of Economics (VSE) in the years 1986 to 1991. After he had finished VSE he worked at the Tax Authority for Prague 9. In 1993 he passed a tax consultancy examination (reg. no. 374). In the years 1993 to 1996 he closely co-operated with the accounting and consultant company Úlehla ekonomické poradenství a.s. In the years 1994 to 1995 he was a Board member in the company. Since the foundation of the accounting and consultant Company Účetní s.r.o. he started working as its main manager. He is a member of the Czech Chamber of Auditors (reg. no. 1851) since 2000.
Blanka Štarmanová
Štarmanová graduated in 1992 at the Charles University. After finishing her studies she started to work in the Company Úlehla ekonomické poradenství a.s. From 1993 to 1996 she was a director and chairman of the company Board. In 1996 she passed an examination to become a Czech certified tax consultant (reg. no. 1933). She has been a member of the executive and a partner in Účetní s.r.o. since 1996. She speaks English.
Kamila Šmejkalová
finished the Prague School of Economics, subject finance and accounting, in 1997. Since 1994 she worked as an assistant of a tax consultant and subsequently as an accountant and accounting consultant. She is an assistant of the auditor.
Pavel Kuře
finished his studies at the Prague School of Economics, subject finance and accounting, in 1995. After that he worked in the tax department of the international consultant company Arthur Andersen for three years. In 1997 he became member of the Czech Chamber of Tax Consultants (reg. no. 2542) and he is also a holder of the Balance Accountant certificate bestowed by Bankovní institut, a.s. (reg. no. 1210). He is an assistant of the auditor. He speaks English.
Jana Říhová
finished the Prague School of Economics in 1987. In the years 1991 to 1995 she worked at the Tax Authority for Prague 8. She has worked as a senior accountant and accounting consultant since 1996. In 1998 she started to co-operate with Účetní, s.r.o. She is an assistant of the auditor. She speaks German.
Iveta Kadlecová
finished the Prague School of Economics, faculty of finance and accounting, in 1999. She has worked in the Company as an assistant since 1997 and consequently as an accountant. She is an assistant of the auditor. She speaks Spanish and English.
Šárka Glyknerová
passed an accounting re-qualification course in 1994 and she has worked as an accountant and payroll bookkeeper since 1995. In the Company she specializes in personnel and salary administration. In 1998 she received the IES (International Education Society) certificate in this area.
