We offer supervision of accounting books kept by employees of the client, consultations of your accounting issues, preparation of statements and tables for further business needs (cash-flow, outputs necessary for provision of loans, etc.).
Audit
Starting 2001 we ensure corporate audit and other auditing services through our affiliated company Auditorská s.r.o.. According to valid regulations it is not possible to combine a corporate audit performance (verification of final accounts) with bookkeeping. Because of that we are able to ensure, for clients whose books we keep, an audit with the aid of co-operating auditors.
Tax Consultancy
Accounting is continuously reviewed by tax consultants. This practice allows a connection of accounting and tax issues. Potential issues can be, therefore, early identified. Furthermore, we provide individual tax consultancy services, e.g. tax consultations, tax optimizations, preparation of tax returns, extending for submission of returns, tax audit. Our Company is also experienced in carrying out more extensive projects, e.g. with tax issues relating to restructuring of entrepreneurial activities.
Other Consultancy
It is also possible to use our services for solving special issues in the tax, financial or personnel area, e.g., tax optimization, requests for loans, review of labour contracts, forms of notice, etc.
